Users are shown how to measure conduction velocity in motor fibres of peripheral nerves, how to measure delay at the neuromuscular junction, and relate this to neuromuscular function. They explore the effects of increasing stimulus strength and cooling the nerve. Other ideas include the makeup of the biphasic response and the differences between single and compound action potentials.
System Requirements

This package runs under Windows 3.1 and Windows 95. It will run on a stand-alone workstation, or across a network. The minimum requirement is an IBM compatible PC 80486 computer with 4Mb of RAM, and a VGA monitor capable of 256 colours in 640 x 480 resolution.
