Licence Agreement for PharmaCALogy titles (site licence):

Perpetual Licence

All PharmaCALogy packages are protected by United Kingdom copyright law and by International Treaty provisions.

The following are the terms and conditions of the licence, under which the PharmaCALogy packages that you have ordered ( hereinafter called 'the package(s)' ), are supplied. By ordering the package(s) you are accepting these terms and conditions.

Licence Terms and Conditions:

1. You are allowed

a) To load the packages on a network or file server for use of the packages on that network or file server by any number of users simultaneously within a site
OR
b) To copy and load the packages onto any number of stand alone computers within a site.
c) You are also allowed to make one security copy of the packages.

2. You are not allowed

i. To copy or duplicate the packages, except to load the packages onto the computer, network or file server for the allowed purposes specified in 1 above.
ii. To distribute, loan, lease, or rent the packages, or any copies made from the supplied copies.
iii. To adapt, modify, decompile, or translate the packages.

Liability

PharmaCALogy and CoAcS Ltd. accepts no responsibility for the operation of the package(s), or for the correctness of the results obtained from it and no legal liability in contract tort or otherwise shall attach to PharmaCALogy or CoAcS Ltd. arising out of the use of the product.

The liablitity of CoAcS Ltd. for any loss or damage or expense suffered by you in connection with the package(s) shall be limited to replacement of that copy of the package(s) which is or may be damaged in connection therewith.
