Guide to Multi-User Licences

The prices shown are for a 25 user licence* for use within a department. In other words, 25 users are permitted to use the software title simulataneously. The intention is that these users are nominally restricted to a department within an organisations structure. For example, a Pharmacy department in a university could buy a chemistry title for pharmacy students. However, the Chemistry deparment is required to purchase another copy of the title for use with chemistry students.

*except PharmaCALogy packages which have a site-licence

The Licence Agreements

The software titles originate from 6 separate sources, and there are 6 corresponding Licence Agreements. The main difference is that CoAcS and PCCAL software have an annual licence. The Agreements have been worded in a similar way:
