Licence Agreement for Sheffield Bioscience titles

3 Year Licence

All Sheffield Bioscience packages are protected by United Kingdom copyright law and by International Treaty provisions.

Licence Terms and Conditions:

1. You are allowed

a) To use the package for any number of registered students each year in your department. Registered students have lifelong access to the package.

2. You are not allowed

i. To copy or duplicate the packages.
ii. To adapt, modify, decompile, or translate the packages.
iii.To make the packages available to students outside your department.

Liability

Sheffield Bioscience and CoAcS Ltd. accepts no responsibility for the operation of the package(s), or for the correctness of the results obtained from it and no legal liability in contract tort or otherwise shall attach to Sheffield Bioscience or CoAcS Ltd. arising out of the use of the product.

The liablitity of CoAcS Ltd. for any loss or damage or expense suffered by you in connection with the package(s) shall be limited to replacement of that copy of the package(s) which is or may be damaged in connection therewith.
