Yes. The end-user must be using a PC to view software titles. This
is also true for web-based packages which require a browser running
on a PC. For Windows 95, 98, Me, NT, 2000 and XP.

What is the difference between
Windows Version
for LANs and
Intranet Version
for Web Servers?
Answer:
The title labelled with
indicate that it is a Windows application (an exe file), suitable
for installation on a Windows network. These packages can be installed
to a network server for use by workstations.
The software indicated with
indicate that a web-based version of the software is available that
can be accessed in a browser, such as Internet Explorer or Netscape.
The software is installed on an intranet web server, such as an
Apache/Linux or IIS/Microsoft box. The Authorware web-player from
Macromedia is required on Browsers, together with Java and Javascript.
