This is
a demonstration of our web-based training management system. It is
designed to incorporate electronic registration and audit to meet
FDA 21 CFR Part II and can be customized to meet the requirements
of individual pharmaceutical manufacturers who wish to maintain training
records in line with GMP guidelines.
It allows
two categories of users to login - trainers and trainees.
Trainees
have access to:
- a
full catalogue of training material linked to the actual training
material where online/intranet access is appropriate.
- training
requirements for their own job description and other job descriptions
- their
personal training record including reminders when retraining is
required
Facilities
for trainers include:
- access
to training records for staff under their responsibility
- authority
to validate entries on records for trainees under their responsibility
- ability
to add, edit, replace and delete entries in the catalogue of training
material (not available in demo)
- automatic
alerts for time-expired training materials and time expired training
records
