PCCAL 96 DNA is an excellent package, easy to follow. As a molecular biologist who is involved in teaching molecular biologyto second year medics, dentists, pharmacists and fifth year pharmacists, I have to find a common interest for all these students. Secondyears as basic understanding of DNA and fifth year cloningapplication and ethics. One of the problems I face is explaining some concepts in molecular biology that requires visualisation.Thanks to PCCAL, the concepts are explained with elaboratedemanstrations, examples and questions. The package is an excellent visual aid for students of all levels and gives them greater insight.

I would like to see some introduction which should include applications, ie. in cloning,examples could be included with their medical appllications.
